Ownership

Goods invoiced from J.A Woolley & Co. to the customer remain the property of J.A Woolley & Co. until payment is made in full.  We reserve the right to retrieve goods or goods of equal value from the customer if there is a default in payment.

 

Pricing

All prices quoted are exclusive of GST and are subject to variation at the discretion of J.A Woolley & Co.  Where possible, notification of variations will be given one month in advance.

 

Return of Goods

All goods being returned will have prior approval from J.A Woolley & Co. and any freight charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Warranty

Warranty claims will be recognised only upon inspection from J.A Woolley & Co.  Replacement covers only against defects in materials or faulty workmanship.  Misuse of any activity contrary to the normal operating/working manner will forego any replacement.

 

Returning Goods

If a product is returned for credit, a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the goods may apply.
